How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 6-13 business days. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is $5.99 on all orders. Orders over $50 ship free!

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Contact us at support@celestineco.com to start a return.

What materials are your jewelry pieces made from? Our pieces are made from high quality alloy, stainless steel, and gold/silver plated materials. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming or showering to maintain its shine.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly! Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes. After 24 hours orders may already be in processing.

Do you offer gift wrapping? We are working on offering gift options soon! Stay tuned for updates.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're so sorry! Email us at support@celestineco.com with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away.
